Tomorrow is Earth Day! In celebration of this, let’s go with some green-colored awesome today.

This DIY for a pretty dang cool oilcloth storage bins. I want to make a billion of these. You could use them in the bathroom for qtips & toiletries. Organize makeup or jewelry or my nightmare of a sock drawer. I love compartments; this DIY is the perfect enabler.

“Bog In Mine Skull” Art Print by Graham Erwin (via OMG Posters). I love the crazy science robot frankestein henchman feel to this. Delightful!

This kickass little set up in particular from Paper n Stitch’s nice little green round up. The tree repurposed and given some industrial pendants and made into glorious lighting.

Adorable green eggs sugar cookies made in honor of Dr. Suess’s birthday from My Paper Crane. SO cute.

Fantastic green bicycle painting by Kris Atomic. The rendering seems almost tender; with warm fuzzy feelings toward the subject. It looks a bit like Dolores if Dolores were green. I would love to figure out if I can move my headlamp down like that to make room for a basket. Hrm…

Sheep! Elephantine‘s lovely daydream of Ireland.

Llamafont is amazing! The tiny illustrations are most excellent, though I am not quite sure how to use this in practical application. Oh silly me: it’s because llamas make everything better!

Shelby Dillon has been producing some wonderful work in her daily paintings.

Hee— I could not get over Gemma Correll‘s sweet German pug, lederhosen and all.

That’s a Bingo! Oh my goodness! I love this illustration by David Saracino. The black & white version is pretty fantastic but the color just takes it to a whole other level.

Pink + green, letterpress (heidelberg!<3), wren & wombat, the intense super pattern, the THANK YOU VERY MUCH note…I don’t know if there’s anything I don’t love about this!

Teux Deux. I absolutely 100% love this app for my iPhone. I had been hunting for a good to do list app for awhile and after trying a couple unnecessarily complicated pieces of crap, I found this one! Brought to us by swiss-miss.com & Fictive Kin. It’s very simple. Each day is a to do list and there is a list labeled Someday. You can add tasks, cross them off or delete them. You can access it through your phone or through a browser; this was really important to me because I hate fiddling with my phone while I’m at my desk! In the browser, you can also drag tasks from day to day. And that’s it. Perfect, simple, lovely to look at and easy to use. Win win win!
